Los TIP125, TIP126 y TIP127 son transistores de silicona de potencia PNP de base epitaxial en configuración monolítica de Darlington, montada en paquete de plástico TO-220, estan destinados para uso en aplicaciones lineales y de conmutación de potencia. Los tipos de PNP complementarios son TIP120, TIP121 y TIP122 respectivamente.
